ABOUT ME
Hi! I'm Madz (they/them pronouns). I'm a pre-licensed mental health counselor and art therapist located in Denver, CO (providing services to Colorado residents only). As a therapist, I primarily use art therapy and mindfulness-based interventions although I love integrating other therapeutic modalities to create personalized treatment for each client. I also believe you don't have to be an artist to benefit from the healing power of creation! Outside of therapy, I love to create art, explore new places, and hang out with my two cats, Serotonin and Dopamine. I look forward to connecting with you!

EXPERIENCE
Before starting my own practice, I worked in a community mental health setting primarily with kids and families. Through this experience, I learned that my true passion lies in helping people manage their day-to-day stress, work through traumatic experiences, and come into their own identity as human beings.
